In the midst of my 30 days of insight, it would be a shame to not post about one of the greatest coaches of all time.
Players have come and gone, but Sloan was a rock. In a world where most people are in it for themselves and for the glory, he was in it because he loved the game.
It is truly a sad day to see one of the few "old timers" finally break. I for one never wanted to see it happen.
